i have a iaxe 393 usb guitar and i cant get it to sound like an electric guitar,the usb light is blue plz help

the guitar blue light is on meaning its conected to the pc but i get no sound from speakers or headphones basically it sounds like an acoustic guitar how do i make it become an electric guitar, i have in stalled the drivers and everything please help

have you checked options or preferences? most of the time changing it is probably there. This is just a guess by the way
